Coming from the North

  • Leave the Aurelia (SS1) highway about 7 Km at South of Grosseto

  • Take the exit Rispescia -Alberese – Parco Naturale della Maremma. Go on along the S.P.

  • Alberese road for a few kilometers until the location with the same name.

Coming from the South

  • Exit at Km 166 of the Aurelia highway (SS1), turning at the exit to Alberese – Parco Naturale della Maremma. Going on, in a few minutes you reach the Alberese village where the Visitor Center is.

  • The Talamone Visitor Centre is in Talamone and you can reach following the indications on the Aurelia highway (SS1), exit of Talamone. Along the SS1 Aurelia highway, on both directions, there’s a sign with the indication of the other Visitor Centre, in Collecchio.

For who travels by train it’s recommended to stop at the Grosseto railway station and take a line bus to reach the Alberese Visitor Centre. Hours table on

Until to the month of June and from 7 September to 3 October 2015 the 17 line service is active only on Saturday, on Sunday and on holy days from 9.30 am to 6.45 pm (departure every 30 minutes). In particular: Friday 24 April, Saturday 25 April, Friday 1 may, Monday 1 June and Tuesday 2 June. The bus ticket cost is € 1,20. It’s possible to buy tickets to ticket shops, by Mobile Tiemme App or by sms to Tiemme phone number: +39 4860609

With bad weather the service is closed.

From 27 June to 6 September 2015 the service is active all days and the ticket price is 1,70 euro for all the day.

It's a system of control about the cars access to the sea.

parking bay not resident people in the protected area and the contiguous area: € 2.00;

parking bay only for Maremma Park "recommended facilities" guests:  € 1.00;

parking bay for resident people in the protected area and in the contiguous area: € 0.50;

parking motorbike of capacity over 50 cc, for everybody: € 1.00;

parking motorbike of all capacity, for everybody: € 0.50.

Marina di Alberese Service Centre

At about 300 meters from the beach there is an area with restrooms and three snack bars where it’s possible to eat sandwiches, ice creams, typical products and drinks, under the pine trees, in a perfect environment respect.
